Tim Furey
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER
Over the past 25 years Tim has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of investments and trading. Tim began as a commodity broker and early in his career was recruited to join "Merrill Lynch Futures Division" learning from the top 60 in the industry. He jumped at an opportunity to become a Floor Trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. A few years later he began working as a Managing Director with ODL Securities. Fueled by his passion for trading, he founded Tradeview in 2004.
Andrew MacDonald
HEAD OF CASH MANAGEMENT
He has worked in the financial services industry for more than 15 years with experience in multiple areas from trading desks to hedge fund administration. Andy overseas banking and payment provider relations and handles the daily cash flow of funds for the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University.
Woohyung Chung
DMLRO
Woo graduated from the State University of New York with a BSc. in Mathematics-Physics. At Tradeview, he plays a key role in designing operation automation systems as well as developing new business with a focus on the South Korea market. Woo draws on his experience at the Korea Institute of Science & Technology where he researched applications for Continuous Hidden Markov Models with AR coefficients and developed a facial recognition program. Woo's successful research and participation in quantitative finance conferences led his career path into the financial field.
Ben Sadgrove
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & DIRECTOR
With over 13 years in the foreign exchange market place Ben has worked his way up from sales associate to COO and with that has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of the FX world gaining extensive training in both the retail and corporate trading markets, including in-depth expertise in institutional partnerships and white label development. His different assignments during his career, working for companies such as RCG, IGM and BMFN have provided him with an excellent understanding of sales, customer service and business development operations of online trading firms.
James Green
GENERAL COUNSEL
Jim has been an attorney and principal in financial firms for over 30 years and has worked extensively in the exchange traded, OTC, cash and derivative markets in multiple jurisdictions throughout the world. As General Counsel for the Tradeview group of companies, he oversees the group's legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance areas. Jim holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Chicago Kent, a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Maryland, a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Elon College.
Mike Turck
GLOBAL HEAD OF LIQUIDITY & SALES
With more than 15 years of experience in the FX industry having previously worked for FXDD and FxPrimus before joining Tradeview. At FXDD, Michael helped build the CurreneX Institutional desk into a multi-million-dollar profit center. During his career Michael gained a tremendous amount of experience in risk management, sales and trading. Michael develops and manages the Institutional trading desk for Tradeview Markets. Michael graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Douglas Sanzone
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Douglas Sanzone has been a part of trading and technology development for over 30 years. Some of the various projects Douglas has worked on include writing programs for accounting, creating automated access for hedge funds to directly execute on the NYSE, developing quantitative programs to make markets in US equities and options and implementing some of the first execution algorithms for large equity orders in the US markets.
Michael Lombardo
HEAD OF EQUITIES
In 1996, Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University and began his equity career in New York City first with Broadway Trading as a proprietary trader. Successfully navigating US equity markets Michael was named Head Trader and managed over twenty traders. In 2006, he joined Assent, LLC. In 2010 Michael was added to T3 Trading as Managing Director of a program geared to instruct traders on how to trade the US equity markets. Michael joined Tradeview Markets in 2017 and oversees Tradeview's Equity Division.
Paul Meyer
CAYMAN OFFICE MANAGER
Having worked within the global equity markets for over four years, Paul's previous experience in personal investing, portfolio management and successful track record aligns with the winning spirit and dedication to client service at Tradeview. After completing the Canadian Securities Course (a recognized designation in the investment industry) he also holds a degree from the University of Guelph's Economics and Finance Department, while at the University of Guelph he was a member of the University's Investment Group and the Entrepreneurship Society.
Kirk Miller
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
He manages all aspects of HR operation including recruiting talent aligned with overall company growth goals in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Tradeview, Kirk was the Global Human Resource Manager at GSM Systems and previously was Director and acting President for the New York Institute of English and Business, a provider of educational services in the vocational school sector. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Metropolitan Studies from New York University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Andrea LaFleche
AMLCO/ MLRO
Pragmatic operations specialist who builds comprehensive and complaint procedures for the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts. Experienced manager adept at engaging and educating operational staff and brokers on compliance requirements and procedures. Possesses the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions to AML/CFT and Sanctions related issues. Committed to continuous professional development to ensure that her knowledge and expertise is current to Industry standards and the growth and development of the company.
Guilherme D'Orey
GENERAL DIRECTOR, GLOBAL ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT
Guilherme is a Certified European Financial Analyst with a degree in Economics and Investment Management, a Postgraduate degree in Financial Analysis and an Executive Degree in Algorithmic Trading. His experience as a General Director, Derivatives Trader and Financial Analyst enabled him to become proficient in Financial Modelling, Trade Execution and Management.

Graduated from The Marist College School of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and minor in International Marketing. His education was mainly focused on the fundamental and statistical dynamic of the US and international equity market, his passion from the very start.
